Recently I've been watching YouTube videos of The Carol Burnett Show episodes and waxing nostalgic. I am not sure what jogged my memory and sent me searching for Carol Burnett videos. I suppose I should know by now that my high distractibility leads me down paths that others may not initially see or choose.

There aren't many contemporary comediennes that rank up there with Carol Burnett. I suppose Ellen DeGeneres captures some of Carol's timing and physical comedy, but there aren't many others that match Carol's true talent for slapstick comedy.
